This album was born from one cold, icy and dark week in Texas. Through blackout and power outages this offering was recorded. This is a mix of a couple of older songs re-envisioned and new songs fresh from the mind of XSP. Each song here depicts light opposing the dark situation it was recorded in. Brilliance here speaks how God's Light is Brilliant and shining taking away any darkness in its path. This offering stands as a testimony that the light of God can shine no matter how black and dismal life can get.
